It has been one year since Kelly and I purchased this home back in August 2010!! WOW thinking back to all the work we have already done makes me tired thinking about it. The home had good bones, great mature trees and tons of potential. We only looked at one house and knew she was the one. My check list was Traditional Style home something Martha like... wood burning fireplace, Great Foyer, Master bathroom, and formal dinning room. Kelly wanted a basement, two car garage and big back yard... The rest of the items we knew we could work with.. and work is just was we did!!
This was the first couple of months moving in.. lots of yard work to do!! I think I was repainting the front door as Kelly was taking the picture.
This was our summer project and I was so ready to get this yard looking nice... starting on the landscaping.... a working progress. Some of our neighbors are in a garden club and are going to be giving me some Garden advice... lord knows I will need it.
